EVENT INFORMATION

RULES

Track and Rules

Course

– The course is 4.2 kilometers per lap, and the total competition duration is 6 hours. 

Team Requirements

– Each team member is required to complete at least 4 laps (16.8 kilometers) each time before they leave the course.

– Age over 18 are recommended. For younger participant under 18, please contact to event organizer in advance to get registration confirmation.

Relay Rules

– Handover Zone: The handover must be completed within the designated relay zone. For teams that fail to hand over in the relay zone, 4,200 meters will be deducted from the total mileage for each violation.

– Handover Requirement: The handover between two consecutive players must be completed (by high – fiving or physical contact) within the relay zone. The next player can only start after the handover.

Safety and Equipment

Mandatory Equipment

Helmets. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to players who do not wear helmets.

Health Requirements

Participants are required to sign a health commitment letter. People with heart disease, hypertension, and other conditions that are not suitable for strenuous exercise are prohibited from participating.

Safety Guidelines

Dangerous actions (such as high – speed jumping and malicious blocking) are prohibited on the track. Do not skate in reverse or stop on the track. In case of an emergency, wait for safety officers in a safe area outside the track.

Supply

● There is a supply station in the course offering water and food for free.

● Skaters can carry their own water bottles and energy supplements (such as energy gels).

● It is prohibited to bring other food onto the course if the organizer determined not proper (risky for other skaters or could pollute the course).

Timing and Result Statistics

● Each time a skater pass the starting point, the timing judge will record the current time and number of laps finished of the skater or the team. 

● Participating players shall use the “Xingzhe” APP or equivalent GPS tracker (Strava, etc.) to keep a personal record in case for checking or correcting the final result.

Penalties for Violations

Violations

Violations include handover outside the relay zone, not wearing a helmet, blocking other players, etc.Other possible violations will be determined by the organizer according to SkateIDSA rules.

Penalty Measures

● For teams that hand over outside the relay zone, 4.2 kilometers will be deducted from the total mileage for each time. 

● Players who do not wear helmets are not allowed to enter the track. 

● For those who block other players or engage in other dangerous behaviors, warnings will be given. If a player accumulates three violations, their results will be cancelled. 

● Other violations be determined by the organizer as malicious behaviors will lead to immediate disqualification from the competition.

Withdrawal

● Voluntarily withdrawal: a skater or team could voluntarily withdraw from the race before the finish time

● Forced withdrawal: the organizer has right to stop skaters/teams due to injury or violation of rules from continuing the competetion.

Award

– Medals and prizes for top 3 SOLO skaters in each gender category and top 3 teams.

– SOLO skaters finish over 120km will get a milestone medal.

– Medals and souvenirs for all participants.

Other 

Course Manage

The course is completely closed by orginizer during event time. No authorized persons, skateboards and vehicles are allowed to enter.

Medical Support

A medical emergency team will be on standby throughout the event. 

Result Announce

The final results will be announced after confirmation by the event organizing committee.

Result Appeal

An appeal can be made within 24 hours after the results are announced. The final interpretation right belongs to the event organizing committee.
